As a Program Operations Lead (Agile Practitioner 2) and Sr Systems Management Analyst (GL28), you will operate at an advanced level of proficiency, leading complex data interface programs, client onboarding efforts, and enterprise-wide initiatives. This role builds on foundational and intermediate levels (GL25-GL27) by combining deep technical expertise, program leadership, and strategic influence.

You will lead large-scale initiatives spanning claims extract implementation, vendor integrations, and multi-team program delivery while serving as a subject matter expert, mentor, and operational leader. This includes ownership of delivery outcomes, risk management strategy, client experience, and process innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex client onboarding and implementation of standard and custom claim extracts
  • Manage connectivity, data interfaces, and integrations across multiple platforms
  • Serve as primary liaison for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors
  • Oversee ServiceNow requests, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery excellence
  • Execute and lead QA, testing strategy, and validation of data outputs
  • Drive program execution, coordination of multi-team dependencies, and release schedules
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage program-level risks and operational bottlenecks
  • Define, track, and report operational metrics and performance guarantees
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and introduce automation and efficiencies
  • Serve as SME and mentor across Data Interfaces and Project Management disciplines
  • Manage staffing, including temporary resources, during peak demand
  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive customer experience improvements and NPS outcomes

Project & Program Management Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of complex vendor transition and program plans
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
  • Serve as SME in project scope definition, risk identification, and methodology
  • Manage high-risk and complex projects with full responsibility for outcomes
  • Generate and analyze delivery and project metrics
  • Ensure compliance with Agile and governance standards
  • Implement change management processes to improve delivery outcomes
  • Influence forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Lead Agile teams, scrum teams, and large program workstreams
  • Provide training and mentorship to project managers and analysts

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems management, data interfaces, or program operations
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex programs and multi-team delivery
  • 2+ years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar 
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business field
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum or SAFe certification
  • Healthcare or PBM experience
  • Strong knowledge of claims systems, file integrations, and data solutions
  • Experience with automation, reporting, and analytics tools
  • Experience in remote/global program environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
