Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Remote.
Required:
• Experience with Project management (5+ years);
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools;
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and project workflows;
• Experience with Project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication;
• Experience with Risk management;
• Experience with data literacy, including KPI tracking, dashboard interpretation, and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, privacy, and human oversight in business workflows;
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments;
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformation;
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms;
• PMP, Six Sigma certifications.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery;
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple initiatives;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables;
• Track risks, issues, and action items, and drive timely resolution;
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to provide visibility into project status and performance;
• Use AI tools to streamline reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, status tracking, and workflow efficiency;
• Analyze project data and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
