As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment plans aimed at addressing diverse client needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify issues affecting family dynamics and individual well-being.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples while also meeting with individual family members to ensure holistic support.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that cater to specific challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological issues, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance client outcomes and ensure effective care.
• Providing support for clients dealing with significant life transitions, such as divorce or the blending of families.

In your role, you will primarily serve couples and families who are navigating complex relational dynamics and psychological challenges. Our patient demographic includes a wide range of age groups, from children and adolescents to adults. You will help clients work through sensitive issues like mother-daughter conflicts, job stress, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce. Your contributions will significantly impact the lives of those seeking to strengthen their relationships and enhance their emotional well-being.

The perfect candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and their families.
