As an LCSW at Fusion Wellness Center, you will take on a range of responsibilities that are vital to client care and treatment plans. Key tasks include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address various psychosocial issues.
• Implementing therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in overcoming their challenges and fostering resilience.
• Maintaining precise and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, and facilitating seamless care transitions.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies that enhance holistic care.
• Participating in regular peer reviews and case consultations to promote best practices and maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health and substance use issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying current with research advancements to continuously refine therapeutic approaches and integrate new knowledge into practice.

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals facing mental health challenges intertwined with substance use disorders. You will address a broad spectrum of issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery, as you strive to empower clients by guiding them through their personalized treatment journeys.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution, affirming your strong academic foundation.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience, offering a solid framework from which to support our clients effectively.
• Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, allowing you to adapt your methodology based on individual needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities that foster trust and connection with clients.
• Proficient problem-solving skills that enable you to navigate challenging client scenarios and develop actionable treatment strategies.

While not required, experience in substance use treatment or trauma-informed care will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our clients' journeys. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques may also be beneficial.
