Verve Wellness & Consulting Center is and seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team in Herndon, Virginia. This full-time position allows for a remote work setting while enabling you to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives. As an LCSW, you will provide therapeutic support, guidance, and encouragement to individuals, couples, and families grappling with various challenges.

This position offers the flexibility of working in a remote setting from your home, delivering services to clients as part of our hospice center focus. You will have the freedom to create a work schedule that accommodates your needs, while still meeting client requirements. We use a billing service to assist with claims processing and appointment scheduling, ensuring that you can concentrate on providing the highest level of care to your clients.

• Deliver comprehensive individual and couples therapy to a diverse patient population, demonstrating a skilled understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely client progress notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Manage personal client schedules by arranging ongoing appointments and maintaining a well-organized calendar.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs and clinical presentations.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and provide holistic solutions for the clients.

Your clients will range from individuals dealing with critical health concerns to couples navigating emotional challenges, reflecting the varied needs of the communities we serve. Our hospice center emphasis means that you’ll support clients in facing significant life transitions, providing not only therapy but also compassion and understanding during troubling times. Your role is essential in supporting their emotional well-being and improving their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exemplary professionalism, therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency are essential to the position.
• Strong organization and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload.
• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum of 20–25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

• Experience or specialized training in couples therapy will be significantly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Previous engagement with hospice or palliative care settings enhances understanding of client needs and strengthens your contributions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
