• Engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct screenings and assessments with developmental appropriateness to identify clients' needs and formulate integrated care plans. Ensure timely intervention and access to linked services.
• Facilitate crisis intervention as necessary, assisting clients in navigating emergencies and emotional distress.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize patient empowerment and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete reports regarding client progress, treatment plans, and monitoring of care, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned and participate in agency committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality outcomes.

The LCSW role primarily involves working with clients who struggle with severe emotional and psychological disorders, including substance use issues requiring detoxification. You will be responsible for delivering trauma-informed care that respects clients' backgrounds, beliefs, and cultural diversity. Your empathetic approach and effective communication will play a crucial role in building trust and rapport with clients from various walks of life.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field and hold a current LCSW license. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical settings, particularly with diverse populations, is required. Strong interventional skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are essential.

While not mandatory, experience working in detox centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, or community health organizations will be advantageous. Familiarity with integrated care models and a passion for serving under-served populations will set applicants apart.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
