Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client progress.
  • Formulate and collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective progress.
  • Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical practices and regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care and client confidentiality.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer feedback to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will work with includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a multitude of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Must hold a current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
  • A masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
