Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client progress.
• Formulate and collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective progress.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical practices and regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care and client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer feedback to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will work with includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a multitude of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and work through their challenges, leveraging teletherapy options for those who may face accessibility issues. Qualifications

• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships.
• A commitment to empathic practice, showing compassion and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to balance a varied caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote therapy services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Background in working with diverse populations and understanding of various cultural contexts as they relate to mental health care.
