Job Summary:

Pets Bestis seeking aPartner Marketing Managerwhowillbe responsible forplanning, execution, and optimizationonjoint marketing efforts with partners. Working closely alongside cross-functional teams, they will have responsibility fordelivering oncampaign metrics and optimizations for both B2B and B2B2C campaigns and initiatives. Successful candidates will be able todemonstratean ability to creatively execute campaigns and understand how best to scale partner marketing efforts across a range of channels.

Job Location:Remote-USA

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end campaign management and execution - across paid, earned, and partner-owned channels, including email, social media, direct mail, and content

  • Manage campaign execution calendars and ensure alignment between internal and external teams, agencies, and partners

  • Organize and aggregate campaign performance across assigned channels, use recent campaign performance for new partner forecasts

  • Partner closely with legal and compliance to ensureaccurateand efficient approval and tracking of marketing materials

  • Ensure creative agency collaboration is managed efficiently and effectively by clearly defining and managing expectations, deliverables, and costs

  • Work closely with fulfillment partner to ensure collateral stock and internal tracking are properly maintained

  • Manage Digital Asset Management resource for the team, alongside internal agency support

  • Introducenew ideasand concepts to drive B2B and B2B2C growth and strengthen partner relationship

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

BasicQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of marketing or partner marketing experience

  • Proventrack recordof developing and executing successful marketing across multiple distribution partners

  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

  • Proficiencywith web analytics and partner tracking tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce

  • Ability to make executive level sales presentations using PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
