• Continuously assess and respond to the evolving needs of clients, ensuring personalized care and support.
• Facilitate communication among supervisors, treatment teams, family members, and stakeholders to enhance client development.
• Create and maintain a calendar of appointments and follow-up visits to effectively track client progress.
• Conduct in-home assessments and observations as necessary, gathering critical data to inform therapeutic direction.
• Implement program strategies accurately to guarantee compliance with treatment objectives.
• Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to contribute to a cohesive treatment approach.
• Document client progress through detailed monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining transparent records.
• Design and organize training sessions for team members to ensure the effective application of program plans and documentation.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to monitor ongoing client needs and treatment effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison between the public and the mental health community, supporting broader community wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to the refinement of training materials and methods aimed at enhancing treatment strategies.

As an LPC at Mind Teletherapy, you will work with a versatile range of clients, including both adults and youth. Your role will involve addressing mental health challenges that vary in complexity, from managing anxiety and depression to providing specialized support for those dealing with trauma, substance misuse, or relationship issues. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma is preferred.
• Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport with diverse clients.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
