Allminds Wellness & Consulting, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity, providing essential mental health services in a school setting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is fully remote, allowing you to effectively manage your work-life balance while still engaging with students and faculty. • Conduct mental health evaluations and document findings accurately using electronic health records systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that suit the developmental and cultural needs of students.
• Perform comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify mental health and substance abuse issues, developing tailored treatment plans in conjunction with clients.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support during emergencies and coordinating referrals to specialized services as needed.
• Act as a liaison between students, families, and community agencies, facilitating access to local resources and support programs, including medication assistance programs.
• Engage in regular collaboration with the Quality Improvement team to collect and analyze data for enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of social work and mental health, participating in continuous education and training opportunities provided by Allminds.

In this role, you will primarily serve students from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, social difficulties, and trauma. Your work will help students navigate their emotional challenges, equipping them with the tools necessary for personal and academic success. You will also work collaboratively with families to reinforce support systems and promote overall mental health within the household.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.
• Proficient understanding of counseling techniques and crisis intervention strategies, with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for engaging with students, families, and the educational team.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and educational workshops aimed at enhancing students' coping skills.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health initiatives and educational policies.
• Skilled in using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
