Our work setting is entirely remote, employing telehealth techniques that ensure accessibility for clients regardless of their geographical location. This role demands strong digital communication skills as you'll be interacting with clients through video conferencing and digital health platforms. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans following evidence-based practices.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are suitable for each client's specific situation.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care through regular case consultations.
• Participate actively in peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of mental health services.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatments, and relevant resources available in their communities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about new research, trends, and techniques in the mental health field.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health issues. Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching serves individuals across different age groups and backgrounds, including those seeking help for anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. You will be responsible for delivering personalized care that meets each client’s unique needs and circumstances, using your empathy and understanding to build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to customize your approach for each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with patients.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations effectively.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to share experiences and learn from peers in a nurturing team environment.

• Prior experience working in a telehealth setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and tools for remote therapy sessions.
• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus.
