This full-time position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still making a significant impact in the lives of our clients. This role is based in Springfield, Oregon, providing a perfect blend of community access and telehealth advantages.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's goals and challenges.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and client privacy.
• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.
• Analyze client data and feedback to assess diagnoses and the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize client care.
• Design and facilitate therapeutic activities, including group therapy sessions and creative recreational activities that enhance client engagement and recovery.
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to better connect with clients and promote their autonomy in recovery.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of clients dealing with various forms of mental health challenges and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated capacity for effective time management and organizational skills, essential in managing multiple client cases.
• An engagement in self-reflective practice, with a willingness to participate in supervision and professional development activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience working within a therapeutic role focused on mental health and substance use disorders.

While not mandatory, experience in detox or residential treatment settings, as well as knowledge of evidence-based practices related to trauma-informed care, greatly enhances the candidate’s ability to contribute effectively in this role.

Strive Behavioral Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
