Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's goals and challenges.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and client privacy.
  • Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to assess diagnoses and the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize client care.
  • Design and facilitate therapeutic activities, including group therapy sessions and creative recreational activities that enhance client engagement and recovery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
