This is a remote position, granting you flexibility while ensuring you remain fully engaged with both clients and team members through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. You'll utilize secure video conferencing tools to conduct therapy sessions and maintain communication with colleagues and clients. • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Administer assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that are personalized, measurable, and achievable.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records, documenting progress and updates in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to deliver integrated mental health services.
• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing to a positive work environment that fosters open communication and idea-sharing.
• Facilitate ongoing care for clients experiencing mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders, employing customized strategies to help them navigate their treatment journey.
• Effectively manage a private practice case load, ensuring optimal balance between client needs and personal wellbeing.
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, using your clinical expertise to make informed treatment decisions.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your understanding of cultural sensitivity and your ability to create a safe, trusting environment will be essential in helping clients express their feelings and progress toward recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Possession of an active state license as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or a related credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field, with a strong preference for those with direct telehealth service experience.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forge meaningful relationships with clients.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to use diagnostic tools to inform treatment approaches.

• Experience working with clients from varied backgrounds and with unique cultural considerations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate online therapy sessions.
• Creative approaches to therapy, including the readiness to explore non-traditional therapeutic modalities.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 100,000 – 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
