What You'll Do:

Required Skills:
- Proven experience with upstream production operations, specifically at the wellhead
- Strong understanding of lease and production operations, not from refinery settings
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot field equipment remotely
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for safety and operational efficiency
- Experience working in West Texas, New Mexico, Bakken, or Oklahoma regions
- Knowledge of safety regulations and reporting standards in upstream operations
- Familiarity with remote monitoring technology and data analysis tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant upstream or field operations experience
- Willingness to work a 14-day on / 14-day off schedule
- Ability to work remotely from Spring, TX, or other designated locations
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass any required background checks
