Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build a strong therapeutic presence and rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
  • A capacity for empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients' individual experiences and challenges.
