Another challenge is staying updated on the latest welding technologies and client needs remotely; successful salespeople regularly participate in online training and maintain open communication with both technical teams and clients. Additionally, managing time effectively across multiple territories and handling logistics can be demanding, but utilizing CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms helps streamline workflows.
