Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, needs, and goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to help clients achieve their objectives and navigate their challenges.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using virtual platforms, employing evidence-based approaches that promote positive outcomes.
• Engage in crisis intervention when applicable, ensuring that clients receive timely support during critical moments.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about the latest best practices and methodologies in mental health care.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in our secure systems, facilitating effective care planning and communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele frequently facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We emphasize culturally competent care, understanding that effective therapy must consider the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications

• An active license in one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a compassionate and empathetic therapeutic relationship.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage a flexible caseload effectively.
• Clean professional record free from any disciplinary actions or complaints.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling environments.
• Knowledge of diverse therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Prior experience working in a community health setting is a plus.
