Our dedicated team is committed to empowering clients as they navigate their mental health journeys, particularly those dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and positive environment for both our clients and staff, focusing on resilience and personal development.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote. Our flexible structure allows you to create a workspace that suits your personal needs while ensuring you are well-equipped to provide high-quality mental health services. You will collaborate with a dynamic, interdisciplinary clinical team within a community health clinic atmosphere, fostering a coaching culture that emphasizes professional relationships and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, delivering psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, while also participating in Intensive Outpatient Programs focused on mental health and dual disorders.
  • Employ clinical skills to conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations according to the latest DSM, under the supervision of licensed professionals, ensuring that clients receive appropriate levels of care.
  • Identify and triage clients' needs, implementing effective treatment strategies which may include crisis intervention, supportive therapy, skills training, and family counseling.
  • Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to refine treatment plans, ensuring collaborative care and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment recommendations while actively participating in case reviews and quality assurance efforts.
  • Stay updated on new developments in mental health treatment through ongoing education and training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our practice.
  • Provide clinical consultation on community resources to enhance our clients’ treatment and recovery processes while effectively managing interpersonal and behavioral challenges.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to significant trauma-related disorders. You will play a critical role in assisting clients of all ages, providing tailored treatments that promote healing and recovery. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the unique sociocultural factors that influence mental health, enabling you to implement personalized interventions effectively.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. An active license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is required along with a commitment to ethical practices and adherence to legal guidelines surrounding mental health care delivery.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome early-career professionals, experience in various therapeutic settings, particularly within community health clinics, will be advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based modalities, crisis intervention techniques, and collaborative care models is highly desired, enhancing your ability to provide effective client services.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this position starts from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, continuous training opportunities, and mental health support for staff.
