• Conduct thorough initial assessments through structured interviews and standardized screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, adjusting these plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group counseling activities, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and address all aspects of clients' well-being.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process to foster a supportive home environment and promote active engagement in recovery efforts.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards by meticulously documenting all interactions and treatment plans in alignment with regulatory requirements.

The individuals that we serve at Everside Therapy Center come from diverse backgrounds, experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. • Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, demonstrating a practical understanding of psychosocial interventions and crisis management.
• Solid grasp of evidence-based practices relevant to various mental health disorders, enabling effective treatment delivery.
• Outstanding therapeutic skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their healing journey.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Experience in a community health setting or in remote telehealth therapy environments is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote counseling software to facilitate documentation and client care.
• A history of developing and leading group therapy sessions is advantageous.

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
