The role is structured within a fully remote outpatient office setting, designed to support clinicians as they provide care from their own environments. Despite the distance, our multidisciplinary team maintains a collaborative spirit, utilizing technology to foster teamwork and ensure comprehensive care for our clients. From virtual meetings to shared electronic health records, our tools allow seamless communication and effective treatment planning.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe, secure, and confidential space for your clients.
• Document client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with various specialists to provide holistic care and timely referrals when necessary.
• Implement evidence-based approaches in treatment and continuously update your methodologies in line with the latest research.
• Educate clients on coping strategies and provide tools to help manage challenges effectively between sessions.

This position primarily focuses on individual counseling for women aged 35-55, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. Your work will play a crucial role in helping these clients navigate significant life changes and improve their overall mental wellbeing.

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Current and valid LPC license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a counseling environment.
• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote clinical practice.
• Background in working with similar client demographics, especially related issues faced during midlife.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes associated with remote counseling.

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, reflecting the importance and impact of the LPC role. Additional benefits include:
