• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, using evidence-based techniques to guide clients through their mental health challenges.
• Encourage and facilitate open discussions about emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients’ needs, assisting them in setting achievable goals and ensuring they receive the appropriate interventions and resources.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health status through thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Utilize solution-focused methodologies to implement treatment approaches, adjusting strategies based on clients' progress and feedback.

You will primarily work with stable adults who have low-acuity mental health concerns. All clients undergo a rigorous pre-screening process to ensure they are suited for an outpatient therapeutic setting. This role not only allows you to provide high-quality mental health counseling but also ensures you are matched with clients whose needs align with your specialties and preferences.

• Education: A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills paired with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and software necessary for remote therapy sessions.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, specifically with a clientele that includes stable adults with various mental health needs.
