This full-time LPC role is a remote position within a community health clinic framework, providing you the opportunity to work from home while still being an integral part of a supportive and collaborative online team. You will work Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, making it easier to manage personal and professional priorities.

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences and support one another, fostering a sense of community and collective healing.
• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions that help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will assist them in developing effective coping strategies and action plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise clear and goal-oriented treatment plans designed to meet their specific mental health needs, ensuring their involvement in the process.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate client progress using various assessment tools and feedback, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Communicate regularly with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care and discuss complex cases to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Your primary focus will be on young adults experiencing mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and transitional issues. You will work to provide a safe space for them to express themselves and work through their experiences, inspiring hope and facilitating healing.

• Master’s Degree: A relevant master’s degree in fields such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• License: Must possess a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
• Relevant Experience: Experience working with clients dealing with mental health or mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings is essential.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude is crucial as you work alongside dedicated professionals who share a commitment to fostering positive change.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy is highly desired.

Experience engaging with young adults in a therapeutic setting, implementing evidence-based practices, and utilizing digital collaboration tools for remote therapy sessions would be advantageous.

• Salary: Competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000.
