• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' emotional and psychological needs, strengths, and resources.
• Offer individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group counseling, utilizing recognized evidence-based treatment methods.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific situations, including measurable goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in collaborative care practices, working alongside medical professionals such as physicians, nurses, and chaplains to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
• Perform crisis interventions and develop safety plans to address urgent mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines and legal regulations, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Your primary focus will be serving clients in a hospice setting, which includes individuals and their families navigating the complexities of end-of-life issues, grief, and loss. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary.
