In your role as an LCSW, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each client before developing tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based psychotherapy and solution-focused interventions that target the specific issues faced by individuals in detox.
• Maintaining meticulous, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping for ongoing treatment evaluation.

Your primary focus will be on clients seeking detox and recovery from substance use disorders, which encompasses a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges. You will work with patients experiencing various levels of mental health issues related to addiction, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will help clients navigate their treatment, achieving improved mental health outcomes and overall well-being.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
• At least three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, particularly with clients facing addiction and mental health issues.
• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, essential for effective collaboration within a team.
• An ability to thrive in a remote team environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• Direct experience working within a detox or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and inter-professional communication.
