Position Overview

Life Way Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and social factors affecting their well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and are monitored for efficacy.
• Implement solution-focused therapy techniques to assist clients in developing coping strategies and reaching their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for all clients.
• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health resources and strategies to support ongoing recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health research, methodologies, and intrinsic developments to enhance personal practice and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be vital in assisting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The LCSW will also engage with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds and will focus on understanding the community's unique needs to provide culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a current, valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy and counseling.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and best practices for mental health treatment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients.
• A genuine enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork and a commitment to client success.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or outpatient mental health clinics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
