The hours typically span Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts or rotating weekends as required, providing variability that keeps the work dynamic and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs of students, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the specific mental health concerns of each student, considering their unique emotional and social contexts.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to encourage emotional regulation and coping strategies.
  • Participating in crisis intervention strategies, equipping students with practical tools during times of emotional distress.
  • Collaborating effectively with educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers to ensure a coordinated approach to care that enhances student outcomes.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must possess:

Preferred Experience
