This position operates in a telehealth facility which allows for flexible scheduling, accommodating evenings and weekends to better serve clients' needs. As we navigate the challenges of Covid-19 and beyond, our virtual environment enables our clinicians to connect safely and effectively with clients from the comfort of their own homes. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, promoting an integrated approach to addiction treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health conditions, and socio-economic factors influencing their recovery.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic frameworks while adapting to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care, addressing client needs holistically through shared treatment objectives and regular feedback sessions.
• Engage with clients' families to provide education and support, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process, which can enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, contributing to quality assurance and contributing to best practices in therapeutic settings.

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals facing substance use disorder, alongside mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and those who have experienced adverse childhood experiences. This role necessitates an understanding of the complexities involved in dual diagnoses and the ability to offer compassionate care tailored to a diverse population.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or demonstrable experience in addiction counseling and treatment methodologies.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills combined with a client-centered approach that encourages motivation and personal growth.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities.
• Previous work in a remote setting is advantageous, showcasing adaptability to digital tools and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in developing continuing education materials or training related to addiction recovery is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
