This remote position is designed for licensed mental health professionals seeking a flexible work setup. You will enjoy a structured schedule with consistent hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend obligations. This environment not only allows you to focus on your therapeutic skills but also enables you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure digital platforms that prioritize patient confidentiality and ease of communication.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapies via telehealth, employing various counseling techniques tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers—including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations—to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on the latest practices and mental health trends.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, demonstrating adaptability in high-pressure situations.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be crucial in establishing therapeutic relationships that lead to better mental health outcomes and foster personal growth in clients. • A Master’s degree in a related mental health field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.

• Previous experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual counseling methodologies.

• Background in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
