• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying symptoms, strengths, and areas that require intervention.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and address their specific challenges.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.
• Educate and involve clients' family members in the treatment process, facilitating their understanding and support of the client's recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous records in line with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance throughout.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing varying degrees of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Extensive experience in mental health counseling with a focus on evidence-based practices.
