This position will be primarily remote, allowing you to interact with clients through virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing established protocols and diagnostic instruments to evaluate their treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, incorporating evidence-based strategies tailored for diverse mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and personal growth, while ensuring a supportive group dynamic.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to provide integrated care that upholds the highest standards of mental health services.
• Engage with clients’ families, providing psychoeducation and resources to enhance their understanding of mental health and promote active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records of client progress, adhering to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for confidentiality.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or extensive clinical experience.
• Strong grounding in evidence-based practices, showcasing an ability to employ these frameworks in therapeutic settings.
• Exceptional skills in therapeutic engagement, demonstrating a capacity to foster a strong rapport with clients to motivate them toward their recovery goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively connect with clients as well as team members.

• Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms and technologies to deliver remote counseling services effectively.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems that enhance client recovery efforts.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations and varied mental health diagnoses.

• The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
