Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns and articulate treatment recommendations.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges and aspirations, incorporating evidence-based interventions.

  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

  • Provide education and resources to clients' families, fostering their involvement in the healing process and enhancing the support network for the client.

  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid licensing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
