Based out of Pullman, Washington, this full-time remote position allows for flexible scheduling that includes evenings and weekends. This role operates within a telehealth framework, enabling you to connect with clients in a virtual setting. While the work is conducted remotely, you will collaborate closely with a team of experienced therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns and articulate treatment recommendations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges and aspirations, incorporating evidence-based interventions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families, fostering their involvement in the healing process and enhancing the support network for the client.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Our diverse client population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. The clinician will be expected to tailor their therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of each client, taking into account cultural and socioeconomic factors that may impact treatment.

• A current and valid licensing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated knowledge through specialized training or substantial experience in the area of mental health counseling.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices relevant to a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills, with an emphasis on building strong, empathetic relationships with clients.

• Strong communication and collaborative abilities to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Experience with telehealth counseling and virtual therapy tools is considered an asset.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000.
