• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients' psychological and emotional needs, by evaluating their backgrounds and discussing treatment goals.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, tailored to each client's situation.
• Develop, implement, and closely monitor personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to set measurable goals and ensure transparency in progress tracking.
• Maintain a strong therapeutic alliance by fostering trust and rapport with clients, allowing for open communication and a supportive environment conducive to change.
• Keep up to date with ethical guidelines and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to all legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training relevant to the mental health field and the specific needs of our clientele.
• Offer practical strategies and emotional support to help clients navigate difficult life transitions, promoting resilience and hope.

Within our Hospice Center setting, you will work with clients facing end-of-life issues, grief, and loss, providing essential emotional support for both patients and their families. This role requires sensitivity towards the unique psychological challenges present in hospice care, enabling you to facilitate meaningful conversations and provide solace during this critical time.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, ideally within private practice or hospice environments.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning, along with proficiency in therapeutic intervention implementation.
• Outstanding communication abilities, complemented by empathy and strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse clients.

• Experience utilizing tele-therapy platforms, enabling you to deliver care efficiently in a virtual setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored to grief therapy, family support, and life transition counseling.
• A background in healthcare settings, particularly hospice care, is highly valued.
