Patient Population / Client Focus

Within our Hospice Center setting, you will work with clients facing end-of-life issues, grief, and loss, providing essential emotional support for both patients and their families. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, ideally within private practice or hospice environments.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning, along with proficiency in therapeutic intervention implementation.
