This full-time position is structured to be entirely remote, optimizing your work-life balance while you provide outpatient services to clients. While the role allows for flexible scheduling, it may require some evening and weekend hours to accommodate the varied schedules of our clients. • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments that delve into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy for individual, family, and group sessions.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans that clearly articulate therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans to support clients in acute distress.
• Document all client interactions meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal documentation standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate records.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to help clients enhance their therapeutic experience and foster community connections.

Your work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing complex mental health issues. By developing tailored strategies and interventions, you will empower clients to navigate their challenges, rediscover their strengths, and cultivate healthier relationships.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with familiarity in addressing a range of mental health conditions.
