  • Document all client interactions meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal documentation standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to help clients enhance their therapeutic experience and foster community connections.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing complex mental health issues. By developing tailored strategies and interventions, you will empower clients to navigate their challenges, rediscover their strengths, and cultivate healthier relationships.

  • Proven ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with familiarity in addressing a range of mental health conditions.
  • A deep understanding of the unique needs of family systems and the impact of relational dynamics on individual mental health.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Health insurance plans that cover medical, dental, and vision.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer matching to support your long-term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off package encompassing personal days, vacation, and holidays.
