• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline clear goals and specific interventions designed to support client progress.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting thorough risk assessments and developing robust safety plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on best practices in mental health care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Experience working in telehealth or providing remote services.

• Background working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals with co-occurring disorders.
