• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using standardized tools to identify clients’ unique concerns and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to address specific therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client privacy and security.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients’ families to enhance their understanding of mental health and encourage supportive environments.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, seek feedback, and continuously improve therapeutic skills.

The clients you will serve represent a diverse array of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. • Prior involvement in working with clients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds is advantageous.
• Knowledge of multi-cultural counseling practices and techniques.
