AO Globe Life is looking for Remote Customer Sales Representatives to connect with people who have already expressed interest in learning about insurance and supplemental benefit options. The role is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys conversation, learns quickly, and wants to develop practical skills in communication, customer service, and sales.

No insurance background is necessary. New representatives receive training on the products, systems, and processes used in the role.

Location Requirement

This position is remote, but applicants must currently live in an eligible hiring area and have a residential address in one of the locations below.

United States:
Virginia
Illinois
California
Washington

Canada:
All provinces and territories

Applicants outside these areas are not eligible for this position.

What the Representative Will Do

The representative will work directly with individuals who have requested information and help them understand the options available to them.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Conducting scheduled conversations with prospective clients by phone and virtually
• Learning about each client's situation and identifying relevant benefit options
• Presenting information clearly and answering questions
• Guiding clients through the application process
• Maintaining accurate client and appointment records
• Following up with clients when additional information is needed
• Managing scheduled appointments and daily follow-up activities
• Using digital platforms and company systems to complete day-to-day tasks
• Attending team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities
• Applying feedback to improve communication and client-service skills

• Have a residential address within the applicable hiring area
• Be legally authorized to work in the applicable country
• Have dependable internet access
• Have access to a laptop or desktop computer
• Have a webcam for virtual meetings
• Maintain a suitable workspace for professional calls
• Be comfortable communicating with clients by phone and online
