Job description

We're hiring a Senior Web Performance Manager to help turn stackadapt.com into a stronger performance and conversion channel.

This individual contributor role will own the execution and optimization of high-impact web experiences that improve conversion, increase marketing throughput, and help web function as a true performance channel. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn insights into shipped improvements across CRO, UX, SEO implementation, page performance, and conversion paths.

You'll work across our digital marketing ecosystem to identify opportunities, prioritize changes, launch experiments, and continuously improve how prospects engage with our site. You'll partner closely with Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital, and external partners to move quickly from insight to launch to iteration. That emphasis on implementation, optimization, QA, and sustained experimentation is central to the role.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and we're open to candidates located anywhere within Canada and the US.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own the ongoing optimization of stackadapt.com as a conversion-focused marketing channel.
  • Lead our conversion rate optimization program, including hypothesis development, test planning, execution, QA, and analysis.
  • Identify and implement improvements to key user journeys, landing pages, navigation, on-page UX, and conversion paths.
  • Translate web analytics, user behavior, SEO audits, campaign insights, and stakeholder feedback into prioritized site changes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented effectively and on time.
  • Launch and iterate on experiments designed to improve engagement, conversion, and overall site performance.
  • Improve the visibility and performance of key pages through on-site optimization, technical fixes, and better user experience design.
  • Work closely with content and campaign teams to ensure pages are built and refined to support pipeline, product, and demand generation goals.
  • Coordinate approvals, stakeholder input, QA, and launch management to move web work efficiently across the finish line.
  • Support localization and regional web updates where needed, ensuring experiences are optimized for audience and market context.
  • Monitor and report on key web performance metrics, surfacing learnings and recommendations that inform future optimization work.
  • Help establish a more consistent operating rhythm for web experimentation, iteration, and performance improvement over time.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of experience in web optimization, growth marketing, digital experience, conversion rate optimization, or a similar performance-oriented web role.
  • Experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, or other fast-moving B2B environments.
  • Proven experience improving website conversion through experimentation, UX enhancements, and data-informed iteration.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing web pages, landing pages, and conversion flows in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience implementing or operationalizing SEO recommendations in partnership with content, web, or agency teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles, user behavior, and what makes a web experience both intuitive and high-converting.
  • Comfort owning work from insight through implementation, including coordination, QA, and launch readiness.
  • Ability to balance speed and precision while managing multiple optimization initiatives at once.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and a highly collaborative working style.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Experience using CRO, experimentation, and user research tools such as CrazyEgg, Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Mutiny, Hotjar, FullStory, Contentsquare, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automated workflows to improve web operations, accelerate testing, support personalization, and scale web performance programs.
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and an outcome-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with technical SEO, and modern web CMS environments.
  • Experience supporting regional or localized web experiences.
Why This Role Matters

Our strategy is to make web a performance channel, not just a brand awareness channel. We are already investing in strategy, content, campaigns, and SEO recommendations; this role helps ensure those inputs actually get implemented, tested, and optimized. The value of this hire is in closing the gap between insight and execution, increasing speed to launch, reducing bottlenecks, and turning more site traffic into measurable business results.
