Boot Barn is where community comes first, and they are seeking an Omni Web Developer responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications. The role involves collaborating with various departments to innovate and improve internal and customer-facing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing, coding, testing and maintaining new & existing front-end and back-end web systems.
• Design and develop web apps from scratch.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Commercial Accounts, Marketing and Creative departments to identify and plan for new features.
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for web development.
• Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences.
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
• Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
