Job Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage projects while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in healthcare or testing services.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in drug and alcohol testing services or healthcare-related projects.
