• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, utilizing secure video conferencing tools.
• Engage in comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, determine the appropriate level of care, and design personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our secure web-based platform, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Utilize a proprietary chatbot to offer immediate therapeutic support and resources to clients between sessions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to facilitate holistic treatment approaches.
• Stay informed about current telehealth regulations and adhere to best practices in virtual healthcare delivery.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a wide array of behavioral health issues. Your expertise in managing various conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse will be critical in guiding clients through their treatment journey. Experience with adolescents aged 8 and above will be considered a significant asset, as we prioritize creating tailored interventions for younger populations.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active California LCSW license. This is a critical requirement to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in providing mental health treatment, with a demonstrable ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Familiarity with telehealth regulations and best practices.
• Strong technical skills and comfort using digital tools for therapy, documentation, and client engagement.
• Proven ability to build therapeutic rapport in virtual settings, showcasing excellent communication skills.
• Access to necessary technology, including a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, including varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Previous experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using administrative and clinical support technologies for managing client interactions.
