Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to be a part of the technical design and implementation Salesforce solutions team. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on development expertise to deliver innovative solutions for our government clients.

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions on a development team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams
  • Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents
  • Establish best practices for development, security, and performance optimization
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight of deliverables
