• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions, both virtually and by using a cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with various insurance entities including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Effectively assess and conduct treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, addressing issues such as trauma, mental health disorders, or dual diagnoses.
• Commit to maintaining a high standard of client safety and confidentiality throughout all interactions and treatment processes.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives offered by Polara Behavioral Health to continue expanding your skills and knowledge.
• Engage with clients in a compassionate way to empower them in their mental health journey, encouraging self-understanding and resilience.
• Contribute to collaborative case consultations, sharing insights and strategies with other professionals to enhance the care provided.
• Maintain disciplined documentation practices, ensuring timely updates to client records and treatment plans.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adults to adolescents, tackling various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Your expertise will not only cater to direct client interaction but also involve supporting clients through their unique life challenges, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and understood.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and familiarity with EHR systems.
• Must possess a reliable laptop or desktop computer with dependable internet connectivity and a web camera.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Satisfactory completion of a comprehensive background check.

• Experience with cloud-based EHR management systems.
• Prior work experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.
• Skills in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

This position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
