In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Deliver clinical services tailored to individual needs, developing and implementing person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to identify treatment needs and adjust care strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate the creation, monitoring, and execution of individual service plans in collaboration with clients.
• Guide clients in developing essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills to enhance their daily lives.
• Educate clients about community resources and advocate for their connection to vital services, enhancing their support networks.

Your primary focus will be on adults facing significant challenges due to mental illness, striving for community integration and personal independence. The clients you serve may have varying levels of need, requiring a tailored approach to therapy that recognizes their unique experiences and aspirations. This engaging work directly contributes to improving their quality of life and achieving long-term recovery goals.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid professional license issued by the state board, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring your clinical decisions are beneficial to your clients.
• No disciplinary actions against your professional license.

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates who demonstrate:

• Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Computer literacy and ability to efficiently navigate telehealth software for client sessions.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless remote counseling.
