What You'll Do

  • Manage an assigned account or group of accounts, creating value for customers through technical service and identifying new product opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

  • Review treatment programs and processes in territory accounts to ensure effective applications through routine testing and monitoring

  • Coach and mentor indirect reports as needed

  • Conduct site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the operations of territory plants and new customer sites

  • Develop and implement sales plans for new opportunities to expand territory

  • Manage account profitability through monitoring pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable

  • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements

What You'll Bring

  • Have previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially within Wastewater and Municipal Markets

  • Possess strong relationship management skills

  • Have documented results using a consultative sales process

  • Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management

  • BS Degree related to science preferred

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Comfortable traveling up to 50%. Some overnights required.
