Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. VOAOHIN is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. The Access Specialist serves as the organization's first point of contact. This is a remote position in Indiana and the ability to be on call is required. The incumbent is responsible for managing and directing all incoming calls, scheduling assessment appointments and intakes, and managing referrals for new clients in Indiana's various behavioral health programs. Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service and adaptability.
