As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Embrace Shift Wellness, you will have a variety of impactful responsibilities including:

• Conducting thorough assessments for new clients to understand their unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that integrate solution-based therapeutic interventions as well as evidence-based practices.
• Maintaining detailed, secure, and confidential client records while ensuring ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members including therapists, psychologists, and other social workers to coordinate care and share knowledge.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments within the mental health field, actively seeking opportunities for implementing new strategies and methodologies.

Your role will focus on a diverse client base, primarily composed of individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Many clients may have a history of complex personal experiences and varying cultural backgrounds, requiring a tailored and sensitive approach to therapy. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of care and facilitate the recovery journey for each client.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working with diverse professionals and contributing to a positive team environment.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to applicants with:

• Experience in trauma-informed care practices.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• A background in school-based social work or working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic capacity.
