This role is 100% remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort and safety of your own environment. As part of our telehealth facility, you will leverage advanced technologies to connect with clients, conduct virtual therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing holistic and evidence-based treatment options. • Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions tailored to foster connection, sharing, and learning among clients, promoting peer support and community.
• Provide Individual Counseling: Deliver empathetic, personalized therapy sessions that enable clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering self-awareness and resilience.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that set achievable goals tailored to their unique situations and ongoing journeys.
• Monitor Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback techniques to evaluate client progress continually, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate Care: Work closely with other therapists and healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to ensure holistic care for clients facing complex issues.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are seeking support to navigate various mental health challenges. This demographic often faces unique pressures, including transitions into adulthood, academic stress, and social changes. Your role will empower these individuals to develop coping strategies, facilitate healing, and foster personal growth.

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment protocols and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience working specifically with young adults and mental health/mood disorders.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and virtual therapy platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
