How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the architecture and evolution of enterprise load balancing and application delivery platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and resiliency for mission-critical applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Serve as the technical authority for Layer 4-7 traffic management, defining standards, best practices, and strategic direction across F5, Citrix ADC, and VMware AVI platforms.
  • Drive innovation and modernization by partnering across infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable solutions, solve complex production challenges, and shape the future of the organization's application delivery ecosystem.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • 10+ years of network engineering experience, including 5+ years as an architect designing highly available, mission-critical load balancing and application delivery systems across hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep technical expertise with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM, ASM/APM), Citrix NetScaler, and VMware NSX ALB (Avi), alongside mastery of L4-7 protocols, GSLB, traffic steering, and application optimization.
  • Preferred certifications: F5 CTS/CSE, Citrix CCP-N (or higher), VMware VCP-NV/NSX ALB, and Professional-level cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
