Job description

Job Description Role Title: AI Engineer for Software Development Public Trust US Citizenship Required: GC or US Citizens Location: Remote Required Skills: Minimum 2-3 years of specialized AI development experience in technology or software development using Visual Studio Code, Python, Selenium, Databricks, Co-pilot etc. Demonstrated expertise in developing solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and other programming languages to harness generative AI and large language models (LLMs). Develop AI tool/program to create technical requirements by leveraging current and past business user stories.

Train and mentor assigned resources on effective AI utilization, including: o Using AI to develop technical requirements from business user stories. o Integrating AI with the current test automation framework to create test scripts. Propose AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and providing actionable recommendations.

Document process changes using agreed standards, methods, and tools to maintain consistent, high-quality outputs. Design and implement automated solutions leveraging Visual Studio, Python, and generative AI. Integrate automation solutions with existing software systems and databases.

Provide technical oversight and review work completed by other team members. Demonstrate professionalism, deliver quality service, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude. Expected Deliverables: Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation.

Design and implement prototypes and pilot AI-enabled solutions for Requirements and Test Automation. Develop guidance, best practices, and toolkits to support teams in integrating AI into daily workflows. Education: A degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field is preferred.
