Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the well-being of our clients:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, followed by the development of detailed, solution-focused treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other preferred modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and adhere to all applicable legal standards.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a comprehensive treatment approach that optimally addresses client needs.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to and learning from collective insights to continuously enhance the quality of care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them throughout their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously improve your therapeutic practice.

In this role, you will engage with a varied patient population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders. Your empathetic approach and expert guidance will not only assist in symptom management but also in fostering resilience and overall psychological well-being.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid and unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in delivering psychotherapy services, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using intervention techniques and methodologies for solution-focused psychotherapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Robust problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Capability to effectively function in a remote team environment while maintaining productivity and professional conduct.

While not required, experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with documentation software specific to mental health may enhance your candidacy. Additionally, knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, particularly for diverse populations, will be a valuable asset.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
